Using this website
This website presents information about Shelfmasters’ closet and storage services. Contact and consultation forms send inquiries through FormSubmit. They do not place orders, accept payments, confirm visits or enter into a project contract.
Consultations and availability
The free consultation page explains how to discuss your project. Consultation scope, service location and availability must be confirmed directly with Shelfmasters. No date or installation slot is reserved by using the website.
Project scope and pricing
Materials, measurements, design, price, deposit arrangements, installation timing and any applicable warranty need to be documented for the individual project. Website photographs and descriptions are not a quote or a complete project specification.
Photographs and finishes
Gallery photos illustrate storage layouts and finishes. Room layouts, lighting, screens and material choices can affect appearance. Confirm the specifications for your own project rather than relying only on a photograph.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
See Refunds & Cancellations. Nothing on this website removes applicable statutory cancellation, refund, warranty or other consumer rights. A website description does not replace a required contract or cancellation notice.
Privacy and accessibility
Read the Privacy Policy for the website’s data behavior and the Accessibility Statement for features and ways to request help.
Questions or corrections
If a description appears inaccurate or you need clarification, contact Travis or call 716-462-1242. Discuss the applicable written terms with Shelfmasters before authorizing work.
