Project cancellations and refunds
Shelfmasters’ business-specific deposit, cancellation, special-order and refund terms are provided for your individual project. No non-refundable deposit, cancellation charge, refund deadline or restocking fee is established by this page. Obtain the applicable written terms before authorizing work or making a payment.
Your legal rights remain
Applicable consumer rights take priority over inconsistent website or contract terms. New York provides cancellation protections for covered home-improvement contracts. The applicable contract and required cancellation notice should explain how and when to exercise those rights.

If you need to cancel existing work
Follow the written cancellation instructions in your contract and any applicable legal requirements, including notice method and deadlines. Do not use the online form to send a cancellation. Keep a copy of the notice you send and seek clarification promptly if the instructions are unclear.
Workmanship or product concerns
Contact Shelfmasters about an issue with your installation or materials. The applicable written agreement, any documented warranty and consumer law govern the available remedies. This website does not revoke any applicable warranty already given for existing work. Ask for the written warranty applicable to your project.
