Contact and consultation inquiries
We ask for your name, email address and question or project details so Shelfmasters can respond. Consultation requests also ask for your city or town and optional phone number, ZIP code, project preferences and availability. We do not request payment information, uploads or a full home address. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or enroll you in marketing.
Security verification and inquiry delivery
Our server validates your entries and checks Cloudflare Turnstile verification before sending your inquiry to FormSubmit. FormSubmit delivers inquiries to shelfmasters716@gmail.com. Your answers remain on this page if verification or delivery fails. A delivery service acceptance does not prove Inbox placement or confirm an appointment.
FormSubmit states that it retains submitted form information for 30 days. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical request information for security verification. The server temporarily holds request fingerprints and rate counters in memory to prevent spam and duplicate sends. It does not save inquiry contents in a website database or application logs. Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s terms. FormSubmit may display its own promotional material on its page or delivery emails; Shelfmasters does not control those displays.
Storage and retention
We do not operate a separate website inquiry database or save form answers in browser storage. Answers stay in the current page while it remains open; your browser may separately offer autofill or page restoration. Inquiries delivered to Shelfmasters are kept in its email system for handling your request and applicable business obligations. Contact Shelfmasters about retention, access, correction or deletion; we do not promise automatic deletion from every provider or backup.
GoatCounter analytics
GoatCounter is our selected analytics tracker for aggregate visitor estimates and page views, including individual pages and daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. Tracking is enabled only on the approved public domain; private previews are not tracked.
The integration excludes form answers, page queries, fragments, referrers and screen dimensions. It respects the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. GoatCounter uses cookieless measurement and processes technical request data to estimate visits. Read GoatCounter’s privacy information. Visitor estimates are not a count of identifiable people.
Hosting and other services
Website hosting and security systems process technical requests to serve and protect the site. Phone, email and external links use their respective services. We do not embed advertising trackers, social feeds or third party fonts. The form provider is contacted only when you submit.
Information to leave out
Do not send payment card details, government identification, passwords, medical information or sensitive household information. This website is for home storage inquiries and is not intended to collect children’s information.
